Disable Access to Zimlets

You can disable access to a specific Zimlet by clicking Toggle Status on the Zimlets toolbar. In the Content pane, the status of the Zimlet is shown as Disabled. When a Zimlet is disabled, it is not available to any accounts.  

You can also disable access by COS or for individual accounts.

To disable access to Zimlets by COS
  1. Go to Configure>Class of Service and select the COS to edit.

  2. Go to the Zimlets page, click disabled for the Zimlets you want to disable.

  3. Save your changes.

To disable access to Zimlets for individual accounts
  1. Go to Manage>Accounts and select the account to edit.

  2. Go to the Zimlets page, click disabled for the Zimlets you want to disable.

  3. Save your changes.

  4. If you disable the Date Zimlet, the QuickAdd feature and the ability to click on a day and go to that date in the calendar does not work.
