Click Accounts, in the Navigation pane, select the account to edit and in the toolbar, click Edit. The accounts General Information tab is displayed.
Edit any of the information on the tabs.
General Information tab displays account information, passwords, and status. You can modify any of these.
If you have been given permission to add quotas to accounts you create, the Account quota field is displayed. You can enter the quota to the maximum the global administrator configured for you. If you do not enter a quota, the account uses the quota set by the COS.
Note if you change the account name, you change the email address for that account. You may need to create an alias with the old account name so that messages are redirected to the new account name.
Contact Information tab displays telephone and company name and address fields
Member Of tab displays which distribution lists the account is a member of. You can add and remove the account in distribution lists.
Aliases can be used to add, delete, and change aliases addresses.
Forwarding addresses for this account, a copy is sent to the forwarding addresses listed. Forwarding addresses that are hidden from the user can be changed.
In the General Information tab, Notes field, enter a summary of the changes you made and the date.
Click Save to save your changes.
