The administration console is a browser-based user interface used to centrally manage user accounts. When you open the Zimbra administrator console, the Navigation pane shows four address functions that you manage, Accounts, Aliases, Distribution Lists, and Resources.
The Content pane displays the addresses on your domain. You can quickly see the complete account name, the display name, and the status of the account. If there are more accounts than can be displayed one the page, use the Zimbra Back and Forward buttons on the toolbar to move to additional pages in the list.
You can use the predefined searches to find inactive accounts, closed accounts, and accounts marked as "in maintenance". You can also use the simple search or the advanced search to quickly find a specific account.
